This notice explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit charityquiz.co.uk or book a place at our charity quiz night.
Who we are

The legal basis
We process your data on the basis of contract (delivering the event you've booked) and legitimate interests (running and promoting the event, and accounting for charitable donations).

How long we keep your data
We keep booking and payment records for a minimum of seven years to meet our accounting obligations. Marketing-related contact information will be deleted within 24 months of the event unless you've explicitly asked to stay in touch.
